Sunday Sketch & Stamp - Challenge #3 - Sems Sketch

I finally had a little bit of time this evening to get my card done for
this weeks "Sunday Sketch & Stamp" sketch.

I used this adorable graduate from Dustin Pike and
what a fun image it was to color too!
I decided to create this card for someone using their school name
on the background paper, making this card much more personalized.

All papers used are textured papers from DCWV.
The yellow background paper is NOT printed that way
but instead I doodled all over it in order to give it that
printed appearance, which I felt I needed to do,
since I had the same paper being used for the smaller piece on the right side.
I didn't want it to be too plain.
So I doodled! LOL
Sem's fabulous sketch was loads of fun, and everything just seemed to fall into place.

Here is my card!

OMG Lynda! What an awesome card! Love it! And that handmade patterned paper looks amazing - your doodling is fab, what a clever idea! I love that little diploma scroll too - inspired! And your colouring is fantastic, as per usual. Thanks for playing along with us this week at Sunday Sketch & Stamp! Hugs, Sem x

PS Love your blog header & background!
