It's Time for a Special Release over at Belles 'n Whistles

WoW Wow WOW!!! - We have a lot of excitement happening today over on The Belles 'n Whistles Blog.   Did you know that Belles 'n Whistles is having a very special release today?  It's just ONE stamp... and believe me this little sweetie deserves to have the spotlight all to herself!  I'm a little partial to this little Snowbaby, because Elisabeth Bell designed her from my own idea!  So she's definitely my girl!!!

Would you like to see what inspired me to ask for an image like this???

My mother once had an antique sled, that she used to have my 2 oldest sisters in, when I was just a child, my mother had this sled refinished, and then she used to have it set up on display in our house.  Over the years I'd forgotten about that sleigh, and then one day thought about how adorable an image would be on a classic sled like that... I started to describe it to Elisabeth, I had no picture of this old sled, simply because I couldn't remember what ever happened to it.
On Thanksgiving, I was talking to my oldest sister, and do you know what she told me?  She said "I have it, do you want me to take a picture?"  YES YES YES....
So here we go...  Here is the inspiration behind "Merry Sledding's" design.

You are probably wondering HOW this adorable image came to live with the rest of the Belles 'n Whistles Snowbabies...  Well, SHE's TRUE snowbaby material, and Summer fell in love and adopted her immediately!

This is what I created with this sweet new stamp.

Is she SWEEEEEET or what????  oh if you only knew how I've been dying to show her, and waiting for her very special release has been a killer.

She is available for purchase at Belles 'n Whistles Online Shop Today!!!

She is the perfect addition to the Belles 'n Whistles Snow Baby collection, wouldn't you agree?

Alright, even though we are "blog hopping" there is no particular order for you to visit, but the list of blogs that have "Merry Sledding" inspiration for you is here.

You'll want to be sure to leave a comment on each blog for a chance to win YOUR VERY OWN "Merry Sledding" Stamp.    Someone from EACH Blog will win her!  Isn't that generous of Summer to do?

What are you waiting for?  Lets get hopping...

How wonderful that you got to add a personal memory to a stamp. It is almost like it custom made for you. I hope you are using that stamp on all your holiday cards and gift tags. I know I would be if Elizabeth created a stamp with a treasured memory.
