Belles 'n Whistles goes "Complimentary"...

Greetings and Happy Monday ......  I bet you are wondering why I wrote that Belles 'n Whistles is going Complimentary.....  Well, for the new challenge over on the Belles 'n Whistles Challenge Blog, we are using "Complimentary Colors"  What does that mean for you?  Well have you ever had a look at the color wheel?    A complimentary color would be the Opposite of a certain color...  For instance, if you use Black, the opposite would be white...  Using this color wheel, if you use Yellow, your complimentary color would be purple.  Sooooooo......We would love to see your creations using "Complimentary Colors"

So for my card today I used shades of Blue and dark Yellows.  I used the ever so adorable "Happy Mail" from Belles 'n Whistles SweetArt Girls Collection.  She's just precious isn't she?

I used copics for coloring, and added a little bit of Twinkling H20's to her shirt.  It doesnt show in the picture very well, but her shirt has a nice shimmer to it.  I just love that effect!  I also used some white crackle paint around the edges.  I am quite happy with the result.
