Elisabeth Bells World "Snowflakes" Challenge

Here we are - "Christmas Day" already!!!

I'd like to take this time to thank each of you for taking the time to stop by my blog and for leaving me your loving comments, over this past year.  They truly mean a lot to me. I'd like to also wish each and every one of you the Happiest of Holiday Seasons!!!  In another week, we'll begin the year 2013.  Onward and Upward in 2013... I can't wait to see what the new year will bring....

Today I am sharing with you, a card that I created for this months Elisabeth Bells World Challenge, using "Frosty The Snowman" from Elisabeth Bell's Digital Collection.  This one was released in December, 2 years ago, and STILL a favorite of mine.  Although, what you'll see here on my card is NOT the full digi image.  I've done a tiny bit of altering, and took the adorable little boy off of it for this particular card.  The full digi looks like this.

I colored this cutie with Copic Markers (of course) and the snowman was heat embossed as are the edges of all the papers used on this card.  I really wanted a shimmery snowy effect.  Sure, I could have used stickles or something like that, but I just felt like giving this one a little bit of a different look.  I've used a Memory Box snowflake Corner die cut for some added snowy flourish... and the rest, as they say.... is.... simply just odds and ends from my stash!

I hope you'll take same time to stop over at the Elisabeth Bells World Challenge Blog, and check out the awesome work of our DT.
If you have any Elisabeth Bell stamp designs, digital or rubber, why not join us?
Our very own Mary Lou has put together an AWESOME prize package, you won't want to miss out!
