Even though this months digi may not appear to be "new" since this sweetie and her adorable K9 friend was once licensed and released in rubber by SCACD.  It has been dusted off, and brought back to us as a Fab new Digi.  I don't know about you, but I LOVE IT!

If you are here for the blog hop, You should have arrived from my sweet friend,

I'm sure you loved visiting her blog, and seeing her darling creation.  =)
If not, why not join us, by starting out over on the

You never know,
YOU might be one of the lucky winners of "Going for a Walk"
if you just can't wait to see if you've won or not,
"Going for a Walk" is now available in
Elisabeth Bells Digital Collection.

I've added a background behind this darling digi... (Which is why I absolutely LOVE working with Digital images) This month, Elisabeth Bells adorable digi, just seemed to be a perfect fit for this awesome background (also a digital image) called "Rosey-walk" from Make it Crafty.

My "picture frame" is colored, and cut 3 times,
to make a nice layered effect.
Here is a close up of  this adorable image
She and her adorable K9 friend are also cut and layered, (just one layer) so she does stand out a bit from the background.

It just wouldn't be me, if I didn't create my own flowers.
I truly do enjoy making my own.

These are the items that were used to create this card

Copics were used for most of the coloring my main image,
Prisma Colored pencils were used for the grassy hills behind my image.
(All Colors Are Listed Below)

Here are the punches and dies I've used to create my flowers
Gardinia punch from EK Success
Martha Stewart Leaf, and Memory Box Lavish Corner die

  3. I am in awe. First of all, what a fantastic idea to make a picture framed card on a card front. This is truly unique and adorable. The image is colored wonderfully and is so darn cute! But then as I read your post and you talked about you make your own flower, I had to go back, click click click to make them as big as I could so I could check them out. OMG those flowers are the prettiest flowers I've seen! They are magnificent...do you have a post showing how you make them? I love how you tinted some of the edges of the flowers and the colors you used, and...well, I love these flowers! Beautiful card and I really do love your idea for "framing" your image and background on this card. Hugs, Gail
