Well I started out with this great idea to combine two challenges.
One from the Roses on Paper challenge Blog
which would use 3 colors, Aqua, Peach & Butter.
Those colors are awesome, I couldn't wait to get started.
What easy colors those will be to use right? HAAAAAA
Until I spent HOURS trying to find papers to match.
Oh just dreadful. I swear this took me forever to put together.
I colored my image, in the colors I needed,
but then locating the right elements
TWO DAYS this card has sat here only half finished.
I just couldn't get it in gear.
I decided it would probably help if I followed the sketch
from "A Spoon Full of Sugar's Blog"
This will help a bunch.
Sure did, until......
I don't have any wavy flourishy things to go across the bottom.
Well I finally found something in a sticker package that
a friend gave to me. It's just going to have to work
It was light blue, but I fixed that, I colored over it with
my Aqua Mint Copic. Perfect, it looks like it was meant to be.
I'm not even going to begin to explain what this card contains,
It's got everything in there except the kitchen sink.
I just never gave up,
and I have to say I don't think it turned out that bad.
