Hi everybody.... It's a sizzling hot day today in NY State,
without air conditioning, I suffered through,
and I just finished my card for this weeks
"Just Magnolia Challenge"
I swear my craft room has got to be the hottest room
in this house today!
The challenge this week is to create a card using the theme of "Friendship"
The card that I created I will be given to my cousin and his wife,
it is definitely a card that I would give to a friend, but
I wanted to make this special card for them because my cousin
had a serious accident the other day while trying to get his horses
back in the fence, and now has a broken neck,
and is partially parylized.
His wife is beside herself. I can't blame her!
So far they are unable to do an MRI because of so much swelling,
But hopefully once they can,
we will all have a better picture as to what can be done.
So my card is for courage, strength and healing,
and letting them know that I care.
I HOPE this counts as a "friendship" card.
The inside:
The papers I used are from K&Company
the sentiment on Tilda's tag is from the "Curvy Verses" set
by Stampin' Up. The inside sentiment is computer generated,
and the random flower stamps are from another
Stampin' Up set called "Time Well Spent"
I left the inside left blank so that I would
have a place to write a note.
