Whimsical Wednesday - The Diedrich Dare - WK 2

Alright, I just couldn't resist taking part in this challenge.
Many of you know Jessica Diedrich from Club Anya
and The Greeting Farm  but did you know her kids
have just as much "craftiness" as she does?

They have started a challenge blog, called
Whimsical Wednesday's  The Diedrich Dare
This week the Diedrich kids are daring us to participate
in a fabulous sketch, they want to see you make a "Circle"
shaped card.  Sooooo, I couldn't help but to take them up
on that dare.  I used an image that I created for
The Greeting Farm's "Design a Wild Sprout"
This little guy has been named "Lucas"
He's cool man... and I just HAD to use him.

I used paper piecing on the very cool circle,
and used a circle type of embossing folder for the black pieces.
The sentiment was computer generated, so I guess you could say
that my entire card was created by "Digital Files"
I just LOVE the way it came out.
Sorry I didn't photograph the inside,
but it's rather simple with layered circles
and the sentiment of "Happy Birthday" in the center.

Those Diedrich kids really ROCK, keep those challenges coming!
I love it!
