TGF's Twinkle Tots and Apple Dapple Drops

 Happy Monday!
Did you all get your Greeting Farm Newsletter yesterday?
Well guess what?
My recipe card was in there!
How exciting is that???

If you didn't happen to see the newsletter,
I thought I would share the recipe card with you here.

I used the adorable little "Lottie" from
The Greeting Farm
to help me make this very cute recipe card.
She's just SUCH A DOLL isn't she?
and the recipe... Mmm, Mmm... Delicious!

I made a criss-cross card, but added some lace and ribbon
and ta-daaaa.... so simple!

Sorry about not being able to see the actual recipe
on this card, so I will post that below.

I hope you give it a try,
I swear it's yummy...
There's nothing like homemade candy is there?

2 1/2 C.  White Sugar
1 C.        Light Corn Syrup
2/3 C.     Water
1 tbsp.    Apple Extract
1/4 tsp.   Food Coloring (optional)
Caramel Topping

Stir together sugar, corn syrup and water.
Stir on medium until sugar dissolves.
Bring to boil.
Without stirring, heat to 300 degrees F
Remove from heat and stir in apple extract and food coloring.
Pour out into candy mold.
Drizzle caramel over the top of candy.
Wait until cool, remove from the mold, and serve.
