Whiff of Joy - Challenge #68

Hi there peeps,
I think I'll be a girl of few words this evening,
since my male Springer Spaniel has taken off running
today, in the midst of a snowstorm mind you,
and has not returned yet, now we are on the 6th hour
of him being missing.  He's 4 years old, and has never been gone
for this length of time before.

Needless to say I've had my moments of tears this evening
for fear that he will never return.
Now that it's dark, and another storm is scheduled to
hit again tonight.  Oh my poor Gus... and to top it off
I sit here looking at the puppy who is very curious
and sitting at the back door waiting for his pappa.  =(

Oh I have to stop now...and just post what I came to post.

Earlier today, I finally got the chance to use one of
my new Whiff of Joy City Girls.

I decided I'd join in on this weeks challenge over at
Whiff Of Joy's Challenge Blog
They had this great sketch to follow,
and I just couldn't help myself!

This is what I came up with

Isn't she pretty?
I have to say that I am pleased with the outcome.

Thanks for stopping in, even if I am down in the dumps!  =(

Oh Lynda I do hope he is ok please let us know I know how worried you must be it must be quite frightening especially if you are having such bad weather. On a brighter note animals are very clever and resourceful.

As for your card it is a stunner very pretty colours I love the lace and flowers and that image is adorable.
