ROP/BnW Challenge #33 - Easter and Pastels

Happy Monday.... If you can say that, some of us have to go to work... Oh I'm just not in the mood for that today!  But such is life, right?  I hope that you all had a restful weekend, and made sure to have some time set aside for crafting!  I went and saw the Alice in Wonderland movie on Friday night, and then I ended up on this Alice in Wonderland kick all weekend.  So I thought that since it's Monday, it's time to get serious again!  LOL

This weeks challenge over on the Roses on Paper/Belles 'n Whistles Combined Challenge blog is all about pastel colors and Easter!  Well that should be easy enough huh?  Well sure, except I didn't really feel up for making a card, I wanted to make something different.  It's always good to mix it up a little bit, right?

So I decided to alter a tin, and fill it with little chocolate Robin's eggs.  But not before I snitched a few for myself.  Crafting and chocolate always go well together, don't they?  So for my tin, I kept it fairly simple, I used the Belles 'n Whistles "Smile" stamp for the lid, and then decorated the tin in pastel colors.  Added some Prima flowers and ta-dah.... there is a nifty little treat box.

The first picture is just the top view.....

The 2nd picture is showing part of the side, and part of the lid, but it's hard to show the whole thing without taking several pictures.  I decorated all the way around the tin with flowers etc.  Now the question is, who do I give this cute little tin to?  Hmmm, maybe I would like to keep this one for myself!  selfish - selfish, but I can't help myself, she is awful cute!  LOL

Now jump right over to RoP/BnW blog and get all the details to enter the challenge.
We can't wait to see what you'll create!

Ohhhh, and you really should stop over at the Belles 'n Whistles blog, for some fun sneak peaks of what's to come very soon!
You're going to LOVE LOVE LOVE what you see, that much I can PROMISE you!
