First of all, Mo's Digital Pencil has a challenge this week called "It's Play Time"
I of course used a Mo's image, called "Bye Bye" One I've had for quite some time, but I don't think I've actually used it. She's such a little sweetie too, so I don't know why I haven't used it yet. She looks like she's having a fun time playing on her tricycle doesn't she?
I decided, before I even started that I would also use this adorable little girl for the Monochromatic Challenge going on over on the Cute Card Thursday Challenge Blog.
I stuck with shades of black/white, and added Red as my one color. I didn't even use skin tones for this one.
Then of course I went with the sketch from this weeks Friday Sketchers Challenge. and Ta-Da.... This is what I got!
I just love the way this Monochromatic image turned out, so I thought I'd show you a closer view.
I couldn't help myself, I just HAD to add that tiny thin line of "red shadowing" around her. I think the effect looks pretty cool. Or shall I say definitely "interesting" LOL....
Thanks for stopping by, and checking out my fun little card!

Hi, Lynda! Your monochromatic card looks magnificent! Great idea with red and shades of grey; they work so lovely together. The image is also one of my favorites. I guess all Mo's images are:))
That red shading definitely made it prettier.
