But on with the Challenges.
This weeks Challenge over at The Stamping Bazaar is so simple.... "Anything Goes" using a Stamping Bazaar image of course! Can it possibly be any easier than that?
I used Marvin with Daisies which just so happens to be one of the 3 Valentines Digi's released recently. I just love Marina Neira's cuddly little critters, and Marvin is no exception. She also has a special Valentines Sale going on for the new releases right now.
I stepped WAY OUTSIDE of my comfort zone on this card, but I just HAD to give it a try..... Marvin is an adorable little Bat! Is there any rule saying he can't be Valentine Red???
WHAT???? A RED BAT???? Awww, but I think he's soooo cute!!! I was a little nervous about doing this, because I didn't want him to look like a little "Devil" bat, but rather a bat that was cheery with lots of Valentine Love... Adding some bright pinks to the dark reds helped I think.... I used cotton candy stickles on his pink daisies. I couldn't help but to distress, distress, distress... You may be seeing LOTS of distressing from me .... I finally got the wonderful Zutter Distrezz-it-all. Wowee, It's so much fun to use.
I hope you'll find some crafting time, and join us over at The Stamping Bazaar for this weeks Challenge.... "Anything Goes".

Now for my next post......
Phindy's Place Challenge Blog has a fun "Embossing" Challenge going on starting today. I honestly don't know what I was thinking, but I got so involved in making my card that for some reason the "embossing" part slipped my mind.... WHAT? Can you believe it? I'm making a card that is supposed to include embossing, and I get side tracked and forget to emboss. Sooooo the solution to that is.... Butterflies!!!! ha ha.... Phew .... saved myself on that one!
This is yet another Valentines Card! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE making Valentine Cards. I used the adorable little "Chocomonster" from Phindy's Place. Isn't she adorable? I bet that chocolate is delicious, she sure looks like she's enjoying it!

Once again, I have some things on this card that are also on the first card from The Stamping Bazaar's card. Can you figure out what it is???? There are at least 2 things that are the same! =)
Thanks for stopping by, I can't wait to see if you have figured out what is the same on both cards! ha ha....
