Greetings everyone. Are you in the mood to see a little bit of Easter? I couldn't help myself when the thought crossed my mind to do some "Paper Weaving" I decided I'd make an Easter Wall Hanging, in the shape of an Easter Basket.
Since this weeks challenge over at Just Magnolia is "Anything Goes" I thought this would be perfect for this time of year.
I'm sorry for the glare on this photo. I used modge podge to coat the entire basket, this helps to keep it from bending, and preserve it so I can use it year after year.
The papers were woven, glued, and dampened, to help get an aged look. All of this is backed by a very stiff cardboard. Are these little Easter Magnolia stamps the cutest or what?
