Today, we are welcoming "Miss You, Love You" to Elisabeth Bells Digital Collection!
Is she a sweetie or what?
Is she a sweetie or what?
A word about this sweetie from Elisabeth Bell herself!
"Our cutie is sitting on a steamer trunk, a bunch of roses in her lap, waiting for her special friend with her puppy by her side. Love is a wonderful thing, and distance only makes it stronger!"
I've decided that I would have to create a very special Valentines Day card with this one... My she's adorable! Of course I went with the typical Valentine shades of red/pink ...
I colored this darling digi with Copic markers, and believe it or not, there is not one Single Piece of Designer paper used on this card. Yes, that's right, the pink polka dot paper was a plain sheet of pink cardstock. I used a polka dot embossing folder and then inked the raised polka dots. The swirled heart style paper in the background was a plain white piece of cardstock. I created the heart design in adobe photoshop, printed it out, and colored each heart, I also used the same ink to smudge the paper to give it the "aged" look.
I can tell you, I will be printing more of this, and coloring the hearts again, and again. Once I finally had the design I couldn't wait to color it, and see how it turned out. This one is a keeper for sure.
