April Showers Bring May Flowers - EBWorld Challenge

Happy Thursday everyone.  It's time for another fun challenge over at Elisabeth Bells World Challenge Blog... 

 

I have truly been enjoying seeing all the creativity that goes on there each month.  This month we have been sponsored by Quixotic Paperie, and our challenge is so simple.  April Showers Bring May Flowers,  so what do you think about getting out your Elisabeth Bell Stamps or Digi's,  add in some fun Flowers, and spring time colors, and join us? 

The card that I made for this months challenge features a beautiful stamp that once belonged to Belles 'n Whistles. She was called "Sunshine & Apples".  She currently isn't licensed to any particular company, but she sure is a beauty, and since I hadn't used her in a while, I thought she'd be perfect for the challenge this month.

I dug out an old paper stack that I had forgotten I even had.  When I get those small 4x6 inch size paper stacks they seem to end up put away and forgotten about.... That's terrible.  LOL

I've colored this sweet girl with Prisma Color Pencils, (colors listed below) and actually made her a tad bit 3D.  I had so much fun doing the 3D stuff with the new Simpler Times collection from Flower Soft, that I couldn't resist doing it on my own for this card.
 The paper flowers were all made using punches from EK Success, and McGill.  I have been having fun playing around and making my own flowers.  Here is a closer view:
