A little bit of PUNCH from Roses on Paper and Belles 'n Whistles

Ohhhhhhhhhhh dreadful Monday - dreadful Monday... ha ha....  Well I wouldn't feel that way except it's back to work I go.  The weekends just don't seem to last long enough, do they?

Did you all enjoy the Belles 'n Whistles Blog hop on Friday?  What a release huh?  Let me tell you, I'm so excited about those new stamps.  I LOVED reading what the favorites were.  But I agree with most of you.  HOW can you choose just one?

Anyway, I'm not here to talk about that, but what I am here for has a little something to do with all of that.  The card I made for this weeks Roses On Paper/Belles 'n Whistles combined challenge uses one of the BnW new releases.  I'm sorry I just COULD NOT resist using "Bronzing Beauty".  Now this weeks challenge is hosted by our sweet and talented Rosette.  She would like to see you PUNCH IT....  Needless to say I didn't use a whole lot of punches for my card.  I did, however, use punches to make my flowers, that I nestled my little green flip flops in.  LOL  Of course I used some spellbinders shapes too.  I hope I'm covered in that area.  I think Rosette might let me slide through with my flower being punched flowers.

Okay okay enough of that, what do you think of this little Bronzing Beauty?

If you only knew how badly I have wanted to show her off, but I just kept her in my files and waited for the right moment.  THIS is the right moment!  LOL

Alright, now because the 20th fell on Saturday this month, we are showing our Belles 'n Whistles Birthday Calendar pages today as well.

I'm just here to warn you, I don't think it's my best work by any means.  I've been feeling a bit ill this weekend.  I guess I'm bound to have a bummer of a craft day from time to time, and not feeling well is a good enough reason I suppose.  LOL

Okay, that's all the chatter.....  My Birthday Calendar page for March!

Do you see how I sneeked a Shamrock in there?  ha ha... Sorry folks it just HAD to be done!

Alrighty then, I think I had better get myself off to work.

Thanks for stopping by today, and don't forget to go and check out the rest of the DT's lovely creations.  (Links to them can be found on my side bar)  You might want to wear a bib, to prevent the drool from ruining your clothing.  ha ha
