It's Friday and I have a Double Post for you today.

Greetings everyone!  Ohhhh what a week I've had... I'm so very very thankful that I worked ahead and got my projects completed a little early.  I have spent the better part of the week on some pretty heavy pain medications.  I've think I could count on my two hands the number of hours of sleep I've had since Sunday, to the point that I even tried to take sleeping pills in hopes of sleeping through tooth pain.... OHHHHHH it didn't help much.  All it did was make me talk like I was drunk.  Needless to say my son had quite a few laughs this week.

I was finally able to get into the dentist and have that tooth taken out.  OH MY GOODNESS... The relief I felt when I had been given the needles of Novocaine...  Now I sit here preparing this post while holding my ear...  The nerves in the tooth must have done something to my ear..... but ohhhh such is life....

You really didn't want to read all about that, did you?
So okay I'm going to combine my posts, keeping things short and sweet.

First up:  The Stamping Bazaar Challenge this week is "Monochromatic"  I can remember back when I was terrified to try this technique, but now days, I LOVE doing it.  I find it a challenge in itself just to use a COLOR rather than shades of blacks, or browns....

So here is what I have for you this week.

Isn't this little guy adorable?  His name is Bikkie and you can find him HERE.  Along with many of his friends.

I used Copics for coloring him BG0000, BG11, BG32, BG72.

My next card is for this weeks Phindy's Friday Challenge
The challenge is to create a "Get Well" or "Thinking of You" card.  I decided to go with Thinking of you, using two different images from Phindys Place.

I really have to say that I'd like to be thinking about myself and keep this one.  LOL
I used "Birds Go By" in the background and then "Birdie" on top of that.  I really love the outcome.  What do you think?

Alright it's time for me to sit back and rest a little, who knew tooth pain could be so exhausting...  but I'm truly looking forward to seeing what you'll create this week, so come on along and join us over at The Stamping Bazaar and Phindys Place Challenge Blogs

Sorry you've had such terrible tooth pain all week, that is a bummer. Glad you've had it pulled and are on the road to recovery. Wonderful cards. Really love the way you've combined images on the second one, looks fantastic.
