My Hand Painted Flower Pot People 1
I'm back again today with another fun project to share with you.... I told you I was a busy little bee lately, and I promised that there would be some "Valentine" themed projects that I had been working on... What I have to share with you today, is just one of them....
Today starts a new challenge over at Elphine House Australia's Challenge Blog, and I made this especially for that. Anyone who has seen this over on that blog has only seen the front... But I thought you'd be interested in seeing the entire project from front to back... ha ha....
Please don't ask where I come up with these very random project ideas, because I really don't know, to be honest, I just started with a hand drawn Heart, and I let my mind get carried away.... this is the end result....
For my cover I've used Laura Flower Girl from Elphine House Australia, designed by the super talented Elisabeth Bell. I colored her with copics, and completely fell in love with the shades of pinks and reds that I used on her.
Inside this heart you will find smaller hearts, which I've turned into pages of this Valentine book/card.
Do you think that this was what I had in mind when I started??? Nooooo, not at all..... I really only planned on making a hand drawn heart shaped card..... I ended up with this very pretty heart shaped booklet...
I've also used stamps from Belles 'n Whistles, and Whiff of Joy, for the inside pages.
