Die Cuts and Layers

Hello there - Wow, it's been 2 weeks since I posed last.  The month of May is passing me by...  It seems as though I blinked, and here we are, time for another challenge at Elphine House Australia.  This week the challenge is all about layering.  So I did exactly that.  I even did a little bit of decoupage on my image.  Talk about adding a little extra fun to my project.  I truly had a blast with it.

I've used Evania - Nursing Boo Boo for my creation today.

  as you can see, I used several different papers, and did lots of layering for my card.  The flowers were created using an EKSuccess Retro flower punch, and I used both Copics, and Prisma Color Pencils for coloring.  I've added some "Cotton Candy" stickles to the tu-tu part of this little sweeties dress.   Here is a closer view of my Decoupage...
