I love blog hop days... and TODAY is the Day!!! If you've been following the blog hop, then you already know what a cutie this months Digi is. "Little Momma" couldn't be sweeter. What do you think of what you've seen so far?
Hmmmm, the letter "G" what could it be?
Well, after all, "Little Momma" is such a Girly Girl... I Just Love her!
I couldn't resist!
All I did to create this, was use the big chunky letters, making them approximately the same size as this darling digi, and picked what digital paper backings I would use on them. I placed the letters on a sheet of cardstock 2 times each, and printed it out. Simple, right?
I then took a piece of 12x12 Cardstock, cut it to the height that I wanted, and scored it at 3, 6, and 9 inches... And then the rest was all done with just randomly placing things, and choosing where I wanted to cut around my letters etc. Once the letters were placed, I then used the 2nd set of letters on top, to help make the letters pop out a tiny bit, and also giving me a place to tuck pieces of lace or other things behind. The flowers were made from tiny punches, and either made by the same papers I used, or hand colored/striped with pens/markers, and then topped with a pearl. And I've topped her adorable skirt, with "Cotton Candy" Stickles. =)
I really do not have any template or anything that I used, but I can tell you how I did it....
First, I looked for a big chunky letter font on my computer, and using Adobe Photoshop, I decided to Use some Digital Papers that I had created. You can find the papers I've made, .....Here..... The ones I used, are "The Rose Garden" set. If you look closely, I've used the same paper from the letter "I" to paper piece Little Mommas Shirt, but because it's digital paper, I shrunk the size, so the dots would show up better on her shirt. =)
