Another Sketch Saturday and DSO Challenge Combo.

Good Evening,
Yes I have yet again combined my weekly
Digital Stamp Oasis card
with this weeks Sketch Saturday Challenge.
I don't know why, but they always seem to work
out so well together.

This weeks Sketch Saturday had an awesome sketch to follow
which I simply flipped upside down.

Instead of the "flowers" I used Clouds.
I thought it would be more suitable for this,
Regardless of the "child like" papers,
I have decided that I would give this card to my husband
next week for his birthday. Considering he used to
take flying lessons when he was younger.
I never know what to give my husband, so I just decided that
THIS is what he's going to get from me!
He's definitely not into the Mushy cards!
Won't he just LOVE me for this one?
Wellllll.... I think I just might put a gift certificate inside
to one of his favorite stores.

So I stuck with the "Grungy" look
and tried not to make it look too much like a KIDS card
even though the papers are definitely a kids paper
which I believe came from the DCWV Nana's kids stack.

I used my sewing machine, around the image, which of course
ended up getting messed up,
the tension apparently had changed without me knowing it
but.... I started to stress, thinking I would have to start over,
BUT I decided I wouldn't worry about it.
It seems to sort of go with the "Grungy" look that I was trying to create.

So anyway, there you have it!
Sweet & Simple!
