Motivet Challenge - week #9 and Friday Sketchers #92

Good Afternoon,  I have been having a little trouble with my blogger actually posting what I schedule, so here we go again, I'm hoping that it works.  I posted my Roses on Paper post this morning, only after I noticed that it hadn't posted by way of scheduling it.  It seems as though there is always something that can go wrong huh?  LOL

Alright, enough of that chatter, I have two things to post here so to save time of making an extra post, I thought I would combine them both into one post.

First I have the card that I made for this weeks Motivet challenge.  A very cool little sketch to follow and it left it wide open for me to make my USA took home the "Silver" card.  Although I would have much rather decorated with GOLD, not silver, but hey, you can't win 'em all, right?  Here is the sketch we had to work with.

Since my husband is an avid hockey fan, I decided that I would give this card to him.  I don't even necessarily know that I'll write anything inside.  He may just set it on top of his desk for looks, so hey, why not?  This is what he'll be getting even if USA didn't win the Gold!

Isn't that little Morris Moose a cutie?  Oh come on, you know you can't resist a moose playing hockey!  Now the funny part about this post is that I'm posting my card for Friday sketchers here as well, and guess what?  The company that is sponsoring Friday Sketchers this week is none other than MOTIVET.  How cool is that???  So I have a card to show you for the Friday Sketchers Challenge as well.  However, I did not use a Motivet stamp for that card, but I sure would love to win another Motivet stamp, that's for sure!

Here is the sketch that I had to work with for this weeks Friday Sketchers Challenge.

I used a brand new Digi image from The Greeting Farm for this one. Yesterday was Marie's birthday, and instead of HER getting the gift, she gave us a free digi.  Meet "Audrey"... This little wild sprout is just too darn cute!  She's even sticking her tongue out, can you stand it?  I just couldn't resist making her be a tom boy and have her saying that PINK was for sissies.

Now you know that tom boy's could care less if their colors match or not.  I decided to dress her in all sorts of mis-matched colors.  I think it suits her well.

So there you have it, 2 posts in 1, and now lets hope this posts when I schedule it to.

Don't forget to check out my earlier post, you'll want to see what surprise is in store for all you Belles 'n Whistles fans.

Now, do you think I have enough links in this post?  ha ha... well I can't help it, I don't want you to miss out on anything! LOL
Thanks for stopping by  =)
