Phindy's Place Challenge #2....AND a Belles 'n Whistles Freestyle (absent minded) gift set

Another Friday is upon us, and that means another Phindy's Place Challenge.
Happy Friday to you all!!!

Can you believe we are already on to our 2nd challenge?  I hope you all enjoyed last weeks challenge.  What great entries we had last week.  So come on and join us again, because this week it's a real easy one....  So easy anyone can do it!

All you have to do this week is USE RIBBON.  (and of course a Phindy's image)  If you don't have any Phindy's images, you can get a few freebies from Phindy's Place on Paper Craft Planet

You can make up to 5 cards or whatever you wish to, and then you'll have 5 chances at winning in the random draw.  More details can be found on the side bar on the challenge blog.  =)

I used Phindy's very adorable "Kitty Cargo" for this weeks card.  Of course adding ribbon, which was something I usually do anyway, so it was not difficult at all.

I used my Copics to color, and Distress ink (vintage photo) for the distressed edges.  The background paper is just the coolest on earth.  If you sand it, the design shows up more.  Can you stand it?  I struck gold when I found that paper.  It's called Tranquil "Hidden Hues".

Did you all get to see the Phindy's card that I posted yesterday?  Phindy's coming out with some very very nice "Retro" images.  You're going to want to go and take a look.  They are sure to bring back memories of your youth.  You can find them in her shop, or on Her Personal Blog.

If you have the time, hop on over to the rest of the Phabulous Phindy's Place DT members blogs.  I'm sure you'll be amazed by their talent.

Today it was my turn to post over on the Belles 'n Whistles Blog.  I created a gift tag for a very "Cool" Summer Sun Care set.  Of course I had to post it on my blog as well.  If you head over to the BnW blog, You can have the privilege of reading all about my thought process (or shall I say the LACK OF THOUGHT PROCESS.) while creating this gift tag.  ha ha
But for now I'll show you just 1 picture.  For a close up view, you'll also find that on the Belles 'n Whistles Blog.

Thanks for stopping by today!  and T.G.I.F
Here is my
Belles 'n Whistles "Bronzing Beauty" / Mary Kay Summer Sun Collection Gift Set.  Now how's that for a name?  LOL
