Phindy's Phabulous Christmas Cuties Blog Hop and Friday Challenge!!!

Welcome to Phindy's Friday Challenge and Christmas Cuties Blog Hop!!

You should have arrived here from Anne-Marije's Blog.  If not, then please make sure you go back and start at the beginning of this Phabulously Phun Blog Hop.

These oh-so-cute images are going on sale in Phindy's Shop TODAY!!!  We're celebrating their launch with an amazing blog hop. The rest of the DT and I will be showing you, not one but TWO Cuties used in projects on each blog.

One random winner of the blog hop will receive TWO Christmas Cutie
images of their choice!  What do you have to do to win?  Visit all of blogs of course and leave a comment at each one.  Also, each blog will have a word that you need to collect as you hop along.  Put the words together to make a sentence and then submit it in the comments section of Phindy's Place Challenge Blog
A Cutie will also be awarded to a random commenter on one of the DT's blogs, soooooo you never know just where you can win.

Sooooo before I go any further, I think I'll stop here and show you my first card.  Now isn't this little guy just the CUTEST winter Cutie you've ever seen?

This adorable little image is called "Big Hill"

And the second card I made was with one of my favorite
Winter Cuties!

This image is called "Surprise"

Now, don't disappear just yet, because I still have another card
to show you, but before I do that, Here is a full list of the participating blogs in the correct order:

* Tammy Maynard
* Ann English
* Annika Ryan
* Linda Payne
* Anne-Marije Poppen
* Lynda Nielsen  ( Me )

The word that I have for you to collect today is "FOR"  don't forget to make sure you collect all the words to complete a phrase and then go back to Phindy's Place Challenge blog and enter your answer.  =)

Now, guess what?  We have even more for you....Our regular challenge this week is to make a card for Operation Write Home

OWH is an organization that sends blank handmade greeting cards for all occasions  to deployed service members to write home on.

Please check their website for their very specific guidelines.

If you are a non-US member you can make a holiday, birthday, Christmas
or anniversary card.  Please check if there is a local good cause in your country, such as Post Pals that you can support with your entry.

THIS WEEK ONLY YOU DO NOT HAVE TO USE A PHINDY'S PLACE IMAGE.

This challenge is open to ALL images, so we are hoping for huge participation. Let's show our support to OWH!

This is what I created for the Operation Write Home Challenge.

I used one of Phindy's Christmas images, from 2009 for this card.  This one is called "Stocking Search".  If you only knew how hard it was for me to try and NOT use Glitter, or even stickles or anything like that.

I couldn't resist coloring that Christmas stocking in the Traditional American Flag colors.

Your next stop is to hop on over to Mary's Blog
I'm sure you will be AMAZED at her gorgeous creations...  =)

Lynda, your cards, are as always spectacular. Just when I thought we'd run out of images, you use two new ones. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the first card. It reminds me of my DGS last winter in his first ski lessons. I also love the second image and I think the coloring on the OWH stocking is perfect.
