Phindy's Place Friday Challenge ...A Sketch Challenge

Gooooood Morning, and a Very Happy Friday to you all.
Thanks so much for stopping in today...  What a crazy week this has been, but I'm so thankful for it being Friday and the weekend coming up.

Today we have another Sketch challenge for you over at Phindy's Place Challenge Blog.
I truly do love following sketches...

This week I decided to go so totally Christmas, because time is running out.  I will soon need to be mailing out my Christmas cards, and I can only hope that I have enough.  I hate to try to throw things together at the last minute...

I used this ADORABLE little "Gingerbread Delight" image for my card.  I'm sure you've seen her recently, but she's a fairly new release.  Don't you just love Phindy's Cuties?

She sure does look like she's enjoying that gingerbread cookie, doesn't she?  Mmmm, I wish I had a nice warm one from the oven right about now!  ha ha

I colored her with Copics, and embellished with eyelets, prima plowers a button flower, and some hemp string.  The little mini gingerbread guy you see there was actually just brown cardstock cut in the shape of a gingerbread man, topped with Clear accent gloss.
The sentiment was stamped and embossed with a heat gun.  I wanted something a bit different and realized that I hadn't done embossing in quite a while.  So there you have it....

I hope you enjoyed your visit today, my mind is a bit frazzled this week, so please excuse any of my random rambling.  ha ha...  I hope to see you play along with us this week over at Phindy's Place Challenge Blog.
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend.

You know I would never have thought to put a pink bow, with a blue image, on top of red and green christmassy colours.

But you were brave enough, and it looks great!! :-)xx
