"Gettin Sketchy With It" over at The Greeting Farm

 Hello there, and Happy Sunday!!!
What a weekend this has already been.  Busy Busy Busy...  But then again, that's the way it goes when it's a holiday weekend, right?
I finally had a chance to take a picture of the scrapbook page that I made for this weeks Greeting Farm Scrap Challenge.  We were given a sketch to work with, so that makes things a lot easier, right?

I  have to tell you though, I was blown away when I was digging around in a desk that I rarely ever go into, only to find these pictures.  I had forgotten I had them.  I had been given about 7 or 8 different pictures that my sister-in-law had taken of my son and our dog.  He was a puppy at that time, but either way, I couldn't resist using these to make my scrapbook page.  Ahhhh, those were the days, when my son was a little cutie, and my German Shephard was just as cute.  NOW.....  Well my son is a typical 15 year old, having an answer for everything, and the dog... Well, he's still cute, but he's turning gray, and moving a bit slower these days than he did back then.

I couldn't resist using TGF's "Oliver" and his little friend stamp for this layout.  It was like it was just meant to be!  What do you think?

I also used TGF's "Spotlight" Scrap kit for the stars Stamps, the border stamps, and both sentiments.  Oh wait, the swirls and circles on the background paper is actually a Stampin' Up Wheel.  So following this weeks sketch, I am quite pleased with the end result.  =)

I'm off for a fun filled weekend of DIRT Racing...  So I'd like to take this time and wish all my American friends a "Happy Memorial Day"  =)

Be back tomorrow night!  =)
