A Bazaar little Halloween Card

Now how do you like THAT title?  ha ha

I just had to write it that way, because I have the most adorable little Halloween card to show you using Marvin the Bat from The Stamping Bazaar!

I am using this card for two different challenges.  First a sketch challenge over at Papertake Weekly, and then also for A Spoon Full of Sugar challenge is called "Animal Crackers"  Not saying that a bat would be in a box of animal crackers, BUT, as long as we are using an animal, we are good to go....

So here we are, I can't help but just LOVE LOVE LOVE this little guy!
This is "Marvin" who was just released over at The Stamping Bazaar.  If you only knew how much I adore Marina Neira's designs.  She always comes up with the most darling little critters.

My husband is really enjoying telling me that this bat looks ridiculous, because BATS ARE NOT GREEN!  LOL   but honestly, I am just LOVING his bright green color.  Everything doesn't always have to be exactly as it should be in real life, right?

I masked this little Marvin, using some spider stamps, and shading the paper behind him with distress inks.  And how about those faux cobwebs?  How cool is that?  I suddenly thought that a stretched out cotton ball would really be the perfect addition to this adorable Halloween card.
Marvin was colored using Copics, and the DP's are from DCWV.  The Sentiment I used is from Stampin' Up.  The flowers are Prima flowers, and last but not least, the brads are from Basic Gray.

I was dying to photograph this little cutie and get it entered into these 2 challenges, so the lighting on the card is not exactly perfect, since taking the picture in the evening.  But regardless of the lighting issues, I don't think I want to even part with this card.  I love it that much.

Thanks for stopping by and taking a look.
